Dear Customers, There comes a time in every business when a decision has to be made on whether to continue on through the slump or to cut your losses and get out. Broadband has hit our industry hard, and we do not feel that it will ever recover. We also do not have the capital investment to get into the broadband market. Therefore, we have decided to close up shop for good on Nov 30th 2007. Your dialup accounts and email addresses will remain active until 7:00 PM on the 30th of this month. Your credit card will no longer be billed. For those of you on prepayment plans, pleae contact Chuck at customerservice@ambitlink.com for any refunds due to you.
